Where is my data stored?

It is stored in Swiss Datacenter. At the moment we use Microsoft Azure.

What about compliance, GDPR etc.

Please check our footer for Terms and Data processing agreement (DPA) which are in place.

What is your strategy?

We strive to be the market leader suite for small IT Service Provider. Our approach is to provide a powerful but simple and lean tool that makes you most efficient.

We will therefore not implement every possible function, checkbox or button but are always searching for the powerful things, to make your life as a small IT Service Provider easier.

Are there any setup costs?

No, it’s a ready to go SaaS solution. No setup is required. As well, we provide short video tutorials, so you can just start right away and share them with your team.

How does the support works?

What are the requirements?

In case you will use the support & ticketing module: You’ll need an M365 exchange mailbox. It will stay synced with your support & ticket module (reads and sends email, moves them to archive etc.).

In case you’ll use the invoicing through bexio function: you’ll need a bexio account furthermore there are several connectors (like uptimerobot, NinjaOne etc.) which are optional.
