No, it’s a ready to go SaaS solution. No setup is required. As well, we provide short video tutorials, so you can just start right away and share them with your team.

In case you will use the support & ticketing module: You’ll need an M365 exchange mailbox. It will stay synced with your support & ticket module (reads and sends email, moves them to archive etc.).
In case you’ll use the invoicing through bexio function: you’ll need a bexio account furthermore there are several connectors (like uptimerobot, NinjaOne etc.) which are optional.
